Whenever possible, Arriba Taqueria uses environmentally safe materials.

Our cups (which LOOK like plastic cups) are actually made of 100% corn starch and are fully bio-degradable. For a fun, existential party trick, place an Arriba cup in your backyard and watch it disappear over the next three months. Fun fun fun.

Arriba to-go bags and our printed materials (menus, fliers and Arriba Dictionaries) are made from recycled paper.

Our to-go containers, made of bio-degradable, pure cane sugar, are washable, reusable, oven-safe (to 250 degrees C) and microwave-safe. They can even be frozen to -25 C, so your jalapeno poppers can be cryogenically preserved for your future generations.

Arriba, with your help, also employs in-store recycling for our plastic and glass bottles, which are picked up weekly by a reputable recycling firm.
